Instructions for care and handling
*Please refer to the care label by the Quality Management Promotion Act when washing*
- Hand wash this product separately.
- Wash separately to avoid color transfer.
- Wash immediately when the product gets dirty or comes into contact with perspiration. Do not use chlorine-based bleaching agents.
- Do not soak the product in water for more than 30 minutes. Avoid rubbing or twisting it forcefully.
- Do not iron.
- Do not dry-clean.
- Please note that bleach, contamination, and other deterioration of the product such as contraction caused by mishandling of the product cannot be the cause for indemnity.
- Do not machine dry (with heat). It may damage the product.
- You may find small bits of thread attached to items, but that does not mean it is defective. All items are inspected before packaging, but as the items are mass-produced the trimming of threads may not be properly cleaned afterwards, which leaves small bits of threads on the items. Small bits of thread can be removed with sewing scissors or scissors.
※ Please be cautious in buying. Discrepancies in size by 1 to 2 cm based on the measurement methods used. Due to the nature of the plush products, the facial expressions may vary by product. You may find that finish of some products is not ideally perfect.
In the case of sewn products, there may be a size error during cutting or sewing. (±1~2CM) Some of the finishing may not be neat. Please note that these are not product defects and they are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

※ For some photocards, it has manufacturing dents such lines mostly visible when you flip under light, discoloration, misprints, small smudge, or dots from being hit with other items inside. Please do not purchase if you are sensitive on it.
※ Outbox is use to protect the product inside, exchange nor refunds due to stains or damage that may occur during the distribution process is not available. If there is an instance that the items have stains, fine scratches or fine lines, white dots, dots or coloration in that is already imprints on the products inside due to manufacturing process, please understand that these are normal and this is not a subject or reason for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE ON IT.
