Precautions for handling
- Please refer to the care label by the Quality Management Promotion Act when washing. Wash this product with water.
- Use a gentle machine wash.
- Wash dark colored products and light colored products separately.
- Do not soak it in water for more than 30 minutes, and do not use bleach detergent.
- Turn the garment inside out when washing.
- Tumble dry on low heat.
- When ironing, make sure to cover the product with another cloth and use a low-temperature setting to prevent damage.
- Do not iron directly on print.
- Do not dry-clean.
- If polluted or soaked in sweat, wash it immediately.
- Never use chloride-based bleaching agents.
- Please note that bleach, contamination, and other deterioration of the product such as contraction caused by mishandling of the product cannot be the cause for indemnity.
- You cannot be compensated for the damaged product if you do not wash the product according to the care label.
- The products made with cotton may grow lighter in color after washing.
- Avoid excessive pulling on the ribbed parts of the product, such as the neckband, as this may cause stretching.
- Loose threads may occur on the product. This is a normal occurrence in mass-produced items and is not considered a product defect. Before wearing the product, removing any loose threads with scissors is recommended. After trimming, the product will be ready to wear.
- There may be creases depending on the material of the product. Also, creases may be caused by the packaging process. Please note that this is not a product defect. Ironing is recommended to remove creases. (Avoid ironing the decorative or printed parts of the product.)
※ Please be cautious in buying. Discrepancies in size by 1 to 2 cm based on the measurement methods used. Due to the nature of the products, you may find that finish of some products is not ideally perfect.
In the case of sewn products, there may be a size error during cutting or sewing. (±1~2CM) Some of the finishing may not be neat. Please note that these are not product defects and they are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

I can only exchange or refund if the time when you complain is within the timeline of return and refund from supplier. Please refer at the last paragraph.

IF A PACKAGE IS LOST BY THE COURIER, it's unfortunately beyond our control, so we're unable to cover the full value of the package. We can help by communicating with the courier, but please understand that each courier has its own rules and limits for lost-parcel compensation, often based on the declared value. Also some couriers have fixed compensation regardless of how much we declare.
Timing is really important, so we kindly ask customers to track their packages regularly. If anything looks unusual or there’s an issue, please message us right away so we can assist as quickly as possible.
